PARS Therapy in Bay City, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients in their recovery journey within the home setting. You will help restore mobility, promote independence, and contribute to quality of life through personalized, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Texas and CPR certification.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Collaborative, patient-centered care in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Deliver home health PTA services under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify patient goals and implement mobility/intervention plans.
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence.
• Develop individualized care plans and educate patients.
• Document progress and maintain patient records accurately.
• Assist in reducing reliance on medications through therapy.
