Empath Home Health is seeking a compassionate PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to support our Home Health team in east Hillsborough County, Florida, delivering individualized in-home care to patients in Brandon, Riverview, Valrico, Apollo Beach, Lithia, and surrounding areas.

The role offers flexible scheduling with 5-10+ home visits per week, mileage reimbursement, and potential path to full-time as the market grows, backed by strong interdisciplinary support and a mission-driven culture.

Formación

• Active Florida PTA license.
• Minimum 1 year of licensed PTA home health experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking and patient education skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide PT services under supervision of a PT.
• Assess equipment needs to increase functional level.
• Educate patients and families on self-care and function.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for holistic care.

Conocimientos

Active Florida PTA license

1+ year home health PTA experience
