BrightStar Care of Acton, Andover & Lowell is hiring Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant for home health in Massachusetts. You will implement treatment plans, assist with mobility exercises, and record patient progress in liaison with the supervising clinician.

Eligible candidates hold MA PTA/OTA licensure, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year of clinical experience; home care experience is preferred. A reliable driver and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA/OTA program.
• Massachusetts license to practice as PTA or OTA.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and TB test results.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience; home care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises and mobility techniques to improve strength, coordination, and independence.
• Observe, document, and report patient progress or changes to the supervising therapist and physician.
• Educate patients and their families on safe mobility practices and use of assistive equipment.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in accordance with BrightStar Care standards.

Formation
