Job summary

Trio Home Health in Denton, TX is seeking licensed Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) to provide coordinated, one-on-one physical therapy to home health patients under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist.

This full-time role offers work-life balance, autonomy in patient care, and opportunities across West and East Denton County. Current state license and CPR certification are required, plus preferred home health experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current State License or a multi-state license issued by a state member of the PT Licensure Compact (PTLC).
• One year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant is preferred; home health experience highly preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordinated physical therapy to home health patients under supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Contribute to care coordination and patient progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and use the HCHB EMR system.
