VitalCaring is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for home health, PRN. You will deliver individualized care in patients' homes, working one-on-one with a licensed Physical Therapist to improve mobility and independence. This field-based role emphasizes autonomy within a supportive PT team.

The ideal candidate has PTA credentials, CPR, and at least 1 year of experience preferred, with a compassionate, patient-first approach and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license or state-required certification.
• 1+ year of experience preferred; home health is a plus.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct PTA services under licensed PT guidance.
• Follow plans of care to improve mobility and function.
• Assist with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and daily activities.
• Support transfers, strengthening, and activities of daily living.
