Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to support a client facility in Fort Wayne, IN. The TA will work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a local contract arrangement and mileage reimbursement.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree as PTA, current state licensure, CPR certification, and 1–2 years of experience. Home health exposure is preferred and strong patient interaction skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant required.
• Current license/certification to assist PT in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Follow treatment plans established by supervising PT.
• Provide patient instruction and assistance with active/passive exercises, gait training, ADLs, transfers, and safety.
• Observe and document patient responses, report changes to supervising PT and care team.
