Job summary

Well Care Health in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. You will provide in-home therapy and support patients across all ages with personalized care plans.

Under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, you will administer treatments, educate families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, safe care in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current licensure in NC/SC and CPR certification.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in home health or clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed physical therapy treatments to patients in home settings.
• Assist with program development and discipline-specific operations.
• Document and communicate patient information per agency policies.
• Contribute to program effectiveness and efficiency.
• Organize and perform tasks to support agency performance.
