Qualificações

• Licensed in State of Illinois (or eligible for licensure).
• Experience in delivering physical therapy care in home settings.
• Demonstrates the ability to use various therapy equipment and assistive devices.

Responsabilidades

• Administers Physical Therapy treatment per M.D. order under supervision.
• Facilitates patient relationships and assures care exceeds expectations.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives.
