Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Huffman, TX. You will support patients throughout their recovery journey, delivering personalized care to restore mobility and independence in the home setting.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, develop individualized care plans, and promote wellness while documenting progress and outcomes for ongoing care.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services in the home setting under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Identify patient goals and implement interventions to meet mobility needs.
• Provide evidence-based treatments that promote movement and independence.
• Develop and carry out individualized care plans.
• Create wellness and fitness programs tailored to each patient’s condition and goals.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
