Job summary

The Pennant Group is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Home Health team in Pulaski, TN. You will provide treatment and education to patients in their homes, following the supervising PT's plan of care.

Ideal candidates hold a PTA license in Tennessee, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation to travel between patient residences in the assigned area. Full-time, benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• Current PTA license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current CPR certification.
• Driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Must be able to reliably commute to multiple patient residences daily within the geographic area assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment and exercise instruction per the plan of care.
• Instruct and aid patients in active and passive exercises, gait, and functional training.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to the supervising PT and care team.
• Coordinate care with other members of the healthcare team as appropriate.
