PARS Therapy in Laredo, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients through recovery and independence.

As part of a collaborative therapy team, you will deliver in-home PT services under a licensed PT, develop personalized care plans, educate patients, and help improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life in their daily routines.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance coverage required.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt care approaches.
• Clinical PTA experience.
• Professional and compassionate patient education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home-based physical therapy under supervision.
• Help identify patient goals and implement mobility interventions.
