Sunrise Home Health Services is recruiting a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver in-home therapy across the Northwest Phoenix Territory. Flexible Full-Time & Part-Time options are available, with potential sign-on bonuses for qualified full-time candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Arizona PTA license.
• CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid Arizona driver's license.
• Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy treatments in patients' homes under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance and independence.
• Monitor progress and communicate changes with the supervising Physical Therapist.
