Omega Home Health Care Services, Inc. seeks a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our care team.

The PTA will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative services to patients in their homes, with flexible scheduling and a commitment to high-quality care across diverse communities. The role requires graduation from an accredited PTA program and a current California PTA license.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Licensed California PTA in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of home health or similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in home-based setting.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver physical therapy treatments and interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and responses to treatment.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and mobility techniques to promote recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
• Adhere to all state, federal, and agency regulations and protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
