Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Maryland.
• CPR Certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Current automobile insurance.
• Willingness to travel throughout our service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatments in patients' homes under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait, balance, and manual therapy within PTA scope.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Complete accurate EMR documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and therapy team to ensure exceptional care.
