Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently searching for an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide per-diem home health visits in Frederick County, Maryland. In this role, you will assist clients with their physical well-being through treatment and education as directed by licensed Physical Therapists.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification in the state of MD.
• Graduated from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• One year of appropriate experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• At least one year of work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in maintaining optimal physical well-being.
• Provide treatment, tests, and client education as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Conduct home health visits in specified territories.
