a2z Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, one-on-one care in a flexible, community-based home health setting throughout Maryland. The role emphasizes orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation for patients recovering from injuries and surgeries, in the comfort of patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel throughout our service area.
• Current Physical Therapist license in Maryland.
• Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Commission on Allied Health Education.
• CPR Certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Automobile Insurance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patients' homes.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy in patients' homes.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Communicate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and case managers.

Education

Maryland Physical Therapist license

Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Commission on Allied Health Education
