Job summary

Suru invites clinicians to join a network delivering outpatient physical and occupational therapy in patients' homes. As a 1099 contractor, you will provide therapy with flexible scheduling and ongoing treatment that supports higher-frequency visits.

Onboarding requires an active California professional license and a local business license. You will manage referrals, assess eligibility, and perform telehealth evaluations before in-person follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Active California professional license required.
• Local business license required before treating patients.
• Contractors are 1099 independent contractors, not employees.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in the home setting under the Suru network.
• Submit patient referrals through the Suru app/web app.
• Conduct Telehealth evaluations when appropriate and follow-up in home visits.
• Decide to accept or decline opportunities based on availability and fit.
• Maintain flexible scheduling and timely visits for patients.
