Job summary

Suru Network connects mobile PT/OT clinicians with home health patients across California. You’ll operate as a 1099 independent contractor, with referrals coordinated via our app and telehealth evaluations arranged by Suru. Maintain treatment continuity by visiting patients in their homes as they become eligible for follow-up care.

We require an active California license and a local business license. You can choose cases to accept, with weekly direct deposit and pay per completed visit.

Responsibilities

• Submit referrals through the Suru app and have Suru verify eligibility and arrange telehealth evaluation.
• Continue home-based care when the patient is clinically ready for follow-up treatment.
• Clinicians select which available cases to treat and manage visits in patients' homes.
