EnduraCare AcuteCare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Home Health team in the Savannah, GA area. This full-time position offers supportive mentorship and opportunities for professional growth within a leading therapy organization.

You will provide PT assistant services under supervision, coordinate patient referrals, maintain compliant documentation, and collaborate with clinicians to achieve quality outcomes. New grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state license as Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
