InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team serving Libertyville, IL and surrounding areas. You will provide PTA services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes under supervision of a PT, with a focus on improving strength and function.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort with technology (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).
