Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team serving Exton and surrounding areas. You will deliver PTA services to adults and seniors in patients’ homes with a focus on maintaining independence and improving function.

We offer a consistent caseload, flexible scheduling, and strong administrative support to help you manage your day. This role includes a per-visit pay structure and room for growth within the agency.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.
• Basic comfort with technology: email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).
