Job summary

Boost Home Healthcare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver physician-prescribed physical therapy in patients' homes across Colorado. The role focuses on helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life in a comfortable home setting.

The position offers a PRN, day-shift schedule (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm; weekends as needed) with a supportive team and ongoing training. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy assistant from an accredited program.
• Licensed in the state of practice and CPR certification preferred.
• One year home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician prescribed physical therapy.
• Improve or minimize residual physical disabilities of the patient.
• Return the individual to optimum and productive level within the patient’s capability.
• Participate with other home care personnel in patient care planning.
