Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program approved by CAPTE.
• Current PTA license in Florida.

• Two years of home health experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and independence.
• Implement exercises, gait training, transfer training, and balance activities per plan.
• Document patient responses and progress per Medicare guidelines.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
