Job summary

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification is required.
• One year of home healthcare experience preferred, but new grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating and developing patient care plans.
• Document clinical and daily progress notes.
• Perform therapeutic exercises and instruct patients on therapy exercises.
• Coordinate with PT and nursing staff on patient discharge plans.
