Job summary

Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities in Roseville, MN is seeking a Licensed Home Care Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver in-home services with independence and flexibility. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, serving the southeast metro through field visits.

You will work under a qualified PT to treat impairments and document progress in the plan of care. The role requires MN PTA licensure in good standing, 2 years PTA experience, travel within service area, and CPR/BLS

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota PTA license in good standing.
• Two years of PTA experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within geographic area.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services under supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Participate in ongoing interdisciplinary patient assessment.
• Perform plans of care as ordered by the physician and PT.
• Complete and submit timely documentation of treatment and progress.
• Counsel and educate patient and family to support goals.
