PARS Therapy in Devine, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients recovering at home. In this onsite role, you will help restore mobility and independence, delivering personalized care that integrates prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation within a multidisciplinary team.

You will collaborate with therapists and care teams, educate patients and families, and document progress while maintaining high-quality standards of care.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Clinical PTA experience and strong patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services in the home setting under supervision.
