Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. in Herndon, VA seeks a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for ongoing home visits. The role offers either full-time or part-time hours serving adult and geriatric patients in Tysons/Great Falls, VA, with competitive per-visit compensation.

As a PTA, you’ll assist patients under a Physical Therapist's guidance, perform tests and treatments, educate clients, and contribute to maintaining their physical well-being in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Must have current licensure or certification in VA.
• Graduate from a two-year PTA program approved by the APTA.
• At least one year of supervised PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Perform patient education and collaborate with care team during home visits.
• Assist adult and geriatric clients in their home settings.
