Job summary

Elite Home Health, part of the LHC Group within the Optum family, is hiring a full-time Licensed PTA for home health in Arkansas. This role supports patient well-being under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and offers a flexible 4- or 5-day work week in a caring, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, guiding exercises, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current, licensed PTA in Arkansas
• Current CPR certification
• Current driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to function in any home setting regardless of client background

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws governing home PT, perform only procedures defined by supervising PT
• Instruct patients in active and passive exercise, gait, ADL, transfer, and safety
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to the supervising PT and care team
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers within PTA scope
