As a Physical Therapist Assistant you will implement treatment plans, provide exercise instruction and patient education, and collaborate with supervising PT to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as PTA in Arkansas
• Willingness to work in home health settings
• Ability to follow supervising PT plans of care

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and plan of care under supervising PT
• Instructs patients in exercises and mobility tasks
• Document patient responses and coordinate with care team
• Educates patient and family on therapy activities
• Adapt care to diverse home environments
