Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant to serve patients in Glendora, New Jersey. This full-time, staff position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and pay-per-point compensation of $45.00–$50.00 per point.

Qualified applicants will have NJ licensure, a two-year PTA program, and prior PTA or home health experience. Training is provided; opportunities for flexible scheduling and ongoing education are included.

Qualifications

• Have current licensure or certification in the state of NJ.
• Graduate from a two-year college level PTA program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic treatment and education as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist clients to achieve safe home life with independence and dignity.
• Continuously assess and adjust the PT care plan in collaboration with the care team.
