Atrinity Home Health, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide treatment and education to patients in home health settings in Connecticut. You will work under a supervising Physical Therapist to implement the plan of care and support patient well-being.

Responsibilities include directing patient exercises, documenting responses, and instructing families. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered. Strong client-facing communication is valued.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work weekend rotation.
• Ability to function in diverse home environments.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and plan of care under supervising PT.
• Instructs and aids patients in exercise, gait, ADL, and training.
• Observe, report patient responses; coordinate with care team.
• Educate patients and families within PTA scope.
