Job summary

The role offers a $58,241 - $87,361 annual target pay with a mix of per-visit and hourly pay, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time candidates and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in Oregon
• Ability to perform physical tasks required for patient care, including lifting, transferring, and mobility assistance
• Weekend availability is required

Responsibilities

• Follow state-specific laws and work under the supervising PT; follow the plan of care
• Instruct patients in active/passive exercise, gait, ADL, and mobility training
• Observe, record, and report patient responses; coordinate with the healthcare team
• Educate patient, family, and caregivers about therapy within the scope of practice
• Provide care in home settings regardless of demographic factors
