Qualifications

• Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of Oregon.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• Available to work a weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Follow state-specific laws governing home care physical therapy; work under supervision of PT.
• Instruct and aid patients in active and passive exercise, gait, ADLs, transfers, and mobility training.
• Observe and report patient responses; coordinate care with the health care team.
