Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of practice.
• Driver’s license and vehicle insurance or access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work a weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and supervision plan; implement treatments within PT guidelines.
• Instruct and assist patients in active/passive exercises, gait, ADLs, and transfers.
• Observe and report patient responses; coordinate care with health team.
• Instruct patient, family, and caregivers on therapy within PTA scope.
• Function effectively in diverse home environments and patient conditions.
