Adoration Health, a Home Health provider in Florence, SC, seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. You will deliver 1:1 PT services in patients' homes under supervision of a PT, supporting mobility and daily functioning in a compassionate setting.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8–5) with opportunities for professional growth and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the practicing state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injury.

Aufgaben

• Provide PT services planned, delegated and supervised by a licensed PT.
• Coordinate with PT regarding treatment plan and progress.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to PT and secure adaptive equipment as needed.
• Maintain and submit treatment and billing documentation per regulations.
