Qualifikationen

• Active FL PTA license and CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year PTA experience; home health preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for patients.
• Good dexterity and clinical judgment.

Aufgaben

• Provide home-based physical therapy to patients with mobility limitations.
• Collaborate with RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, and other team members on plans of care.
• Participate in developing and evaluating the plan of care with patients and caregivers.
• Assist patients with exercises and hands-on therapy to improve mobility.
• Educate patients on goals, exercises, and self-care techniques.
• Coach family members on the plan of care and safe exercise execution.
