Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a passionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Murfreesboro, TN team. The PTA will provide patient-centered home health care under a supervising Physical Therapist, ensuring a comprehensive Plan of Treatment and timely documentation.

We value independent work with team support, flexibility, and opportunities for growth within a growing organization. Current PTA license and BLS/CPR certification are required, along with at least one year of PTA

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the qualified Physical Therapist in accordance with the patient's Plan of Treatment.
• Confers with Physical Therapist regularly regarding patient's plan of treatment, status of progress toward goals, questions and concerns.
• Communicates patient's needs and progress to the Physical Therapist of record and assists in securing special adaptive equipment for patient to improve function.
• Maintains and submits patient treatment and billing documentation in the format and timelines required by the Company, facility, funding source, local, state and federal regulations.
