Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to provide 1:1 patient care in Gadsden, AL. You will work under a Physical Therapist to implement plans of care in a home health setting.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support (CPR) certification per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to neurological injuries.

Responsibilities

• Provides PT services planned, delegated, and supervised by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Regularly discusses plan of treatment and progress with the PT of record.
• Assists in obtaining adaptive equipment to improve patient function.
• Maintains and submits treatment and billing documentation per regulations.
