Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services/Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health PTA to provide one-on-one physical therapy services in Brewton, AL. The role emphasizes patient-centered care within a supportive team and flexible scheduling.

You’ll work under a Physical Therapist to implement plans of treatment, maintain documentation, and help patients achieve rehabilitation goals in a home-health setting.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant by state in which practicing.
• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification, in accordance state regulations.
• A minimum of one year's work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the qualified Physical Therapist.
• Confers with Physical Therapist regarding progress toward goals and plan of treatment.
• Communicates patient needs and progress to the Physical Therapist and helps secure adaptive equipment to improve function.
• Maintains and submits patient treatment and billing documentation in required formats and timelines.
