Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in adult physical therapy, home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment based on physician orders.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain communication among treatment team members.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides in patient care.

Graduate of a Physical Therapist Education program approved by CAPTE
