Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver patient-centered 1:1 care in Anmoore, WV. The role supports independent practice with team collaboration and schedule flexibility in a full-time setting.

You will plan, delegate, and supervise under a Physical Therapist, using adaptive equipment to enhance rehabilitation and patient outcomes. A valid PTA license and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification as required by state regulations
• Minimum of one year experience as a PTA preferred
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injuries

Responsibilities

• Provides PT services planned and supervised by the Physical Therapist
• Regularly communicates progress and needs with the PT of record
• Assists in securing adaptive equipment to improve function
• Maintains and submits treatment and billing documentation per regulations
