Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist for their Home Health team in Anmoore, WV. This role focuses on providing expert, patient-centered care to enhance the lives of patients and families.

With a $15k sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling available, the ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy and have experience in community or hospice care. Join us in making a difference!

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least 2 years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist.
• Valid license from the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment of patients based upon physician orders.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain communication among treatment team, physician, patient, and family.
