Job summary

Amedisys Home Health in Clinton, SC is seeking a Physical Therapist to help patients maintain, restore and improve movement in the home setting. This full-time role offers days, a $5K sign-on bonus and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate from CAPTE-accredited program.
• One year related physical therapy experience; if less, mentoring/residency required.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations every 30 days at minimum, modify interventions as needed, and perform discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
