Amedisys is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide home health services in Estill, SC. You will evaluate, treat, and plan patient movement and function in the home setting, with ongoing reexaminations every 30 days and discharge planning as needed.

Expect full-time daytime hours with a competitive compensation of $100,000–$125,000 annually, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and company-supported wellness programs.

Formación

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the assigning state.
• Graduate from an accredited CAPTE PT program.
• One year of PT experience in home health preferred.
• If less than one year, mentoring/approval by regional leaders is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations every 30 days, modify interventions as needed, and perform discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
