Job summary

Join Amedisys in Estill, SC as a full-time Physical Therapist (Days). Provide home-based care to help patients move better and stay independent at home. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $125,000, with a $5,000 sign-on.

Benefits include PPO or HSA medical plans with telehealth, PTO, and wellness resources. Requirements: current PT license in SC, CAPTE-accredited degree, CPR, and at least 1 year home health experience (or mentoring if less).

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate from CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• At least 1 year related PT experience for home health care; mentoring/leadership approval if less.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations every 30 days, modify interventions as needed, discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
