Job summary

Amedisys Home Health in Clinton, SC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our home health team. You will deliver prescribed PT interventions under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist and document patient progress in the medical record.

This full-time, day-shift role offers competitive pay ($37.36–$46.70/hour), a $5K sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including health plans, PTO, wellness rewards, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Current PTA license for the state assigned.
• Graduation from CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• One year PTA experience in home health preferred; mentoring available for less experience.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services under supervision of a PT and approved plan of care.
• Observes, documents, and reports patient response and condition changes.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information and coordinates with team.
• Contributes to care conferences, audits, and quality improvement activities.
