Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team in Cedar Park, TX. The PT will evaluate patients at home, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to restore mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Texas.
• Professional liability insurance coverage for TX Physical Therapy license.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities in a home health setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function.
• Provide interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
• Conduct home safety assessments to prevent falls or re-injury.
