Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Active registered PT license in the state where you practice.
• Must obtain and maintain CPR/BLS Certification.
• Driver's license required.
• One year PT experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of patients’ physical abilities, mobility, strength, and functional limitations.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve function and mobility.
• Educate patients and families about exercises, safety, and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with state regulations and agency policies.
