Qualifications

• Active PT license in the state where services are provided.
• CPR certification must be current.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to commute to multiple patient residences daily within assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient function, mobility, endurance, pain, and other conditions.
• Assist physician in developing therapy plan of care and implement treatment.
• Observe and report patient progress and changes to supervising staff.
• Educate patients and families about plan of care, limitations, and progress.
