The position covers 24 hours per week over four days and includes a 60% paid days off program. A valid state license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
• Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Help patients improve mobility and self-care in daily living.
• Administer skilled care to clients under physician orders and in line with the plan of care.
